Huh?

Public Nuisance: ...Dubya recently signed a bill ordering the US to move its Israeli embassy to Jerusalem, but doesn't intend to comply with it. He says it, "impermissibly interferes with the president's constitutional authority to conduct the nation's foreign affairs", and intends to treat it as only advisory.... [The] odd part about it is that Bush actually supports moving the embassy to Jerusalem. Or at least he did, back ... in 2000.
