We still have relatively little idea about how to use the world wide web. Hence we try lots of different things. That's one reason for the total disorganization of this website--my modus operandi is to try things, and keep pushing on things that seem interesting.
One thing I have wanted to try is a so-called "wiki"--a collaborative, open-access, anyone-can-edit set of webpages on a particular topic. Since I learned today that at least one person I know--Adrian Hon--has successfully started one and thus that it is possible for a normal person to do, I think it is time to start one up.
